Bradley Frizzell, P.E.
Bradley Frizzell is a Licensed Professional Engineer with over 20 years of experience across MEP engineering, commercial construction, energy infrastructure, and regulated industrial environments.
As Principal Engineer, Mr. Frizzell is directly involved in the engineering design, coordination, and technical oversight of all Castle Row MEP projects. Clients work directly with an engineer — not intermediaries.
In addition to his engineering background, Mr. Frizzell brings owner-side experience managing a $30+ million portfolio of commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties, providing practical insight into constructability, lifecycle cost, and operational efficiency.
Mr. Frizzell is also a licensed attorney and U.S. Patent Attorney, offering a strong understanding of professional responsibility, documentation, and risk management within engineering practice.
